At Backyard Discovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your product isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in its original packaging and unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions for large parcel items.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is disassembled and securely packed in its original manufacturer's boxes, including all hardware, manuals, and components to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule a Pickup
For oversized items like swing sets or pergolas, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight carrier pickup from your residence at a scheduled time.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping costs.
